Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
The App is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). No minors may use the App.

3. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- If you choose a Couple account, it is one shared profile. Anyone with the partner code can access the shared account and content. You are responsible for all activity on the account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking validation and community access
Community access requires a confirmed booking. We validate your booking using the cruise ID and your email or invoice number. If your booking cannot be confirmed or is later invalidated, we may remove community access.

5. User content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you post or send. You agree not to:
- Post or share content involving minors or non-consensual content.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate others.
- Share illegal content, malware, or spam.
- Share private or identifying information of others without permission.
- Use the App for commercial solicitation without our written approval.

6. Content license
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your content within the App solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Reporting and moderation
We can review, remove, or restrict content and accounts, and we may cooperate with law enforcement when required. Users can report chats or users in the App.

8. Notifications and emails
We may send service notifications and password reset emails.

9. Third-party services and links
Bookings, schedules, and payments may occur on RightConnectionsTravel.com or other linked sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, user content, or third-party services.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
